Terms of Use
Last updated: [EFFECTIVE DATE]
These are the terms for using this website. They are short because the site is simple: informational pages, one case study, an estimator, and a contact form. Read them before you rely on anything here.
Who operates this site
This site is operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], doing business as Claron Business Intelligence ("Claron," "we," "us"), registered at [REGISTERED ADDRESS]. By using this site, you are agreeing to these terms.
Acceptable use
Use this site for what it is for: learning about Claron, reading the case study, trying the estimator, and reaching out if you want to talk. Specifically, do not:
- Try to break, overload, or scrape the site.
- Submit false information through the contact form, or use it to send anything other than a genuine inquiry.
- Attempt to circumvent the spam protection on the form, or use it to send unsolicited messages to us or anyone else.
- Copy the site's design, layout, or written content and present it as your own.
The estimator and case study aren't quotes
Two things on this site produce a dollar figure, and both need to be read for what they are.
The estimator in the hero calculates a number from two inputs you set yourself: hours per week and an hourly rate. It multiplies them. That is the entire calculation. The result illustrates what your own numbers imply. It is not a quote, a forecast, or a promise of what Claron would charge you or save you. Change the sliders and the number changes; nothing about your actual situation has been assessed.
The case study figure, $228,125, is a real result from one engagement with one client, calculated from the assumptions published on that page (labor costed at $30 an hour, hotel nights at $200, ground transportation rides at $50). It describes what happened there. It is not an estimate of what any other organization, including yours, would save, and it is not a guarantee of results.
Nothing on this site is a binding offer, a quote, or a commitment to pricing or outcomes. Pricing and scope get set in an actual conversation, not by a slider.
Intellectual property
The content on this site, including its text, design, layout, and the case study, belongs to [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] unless stated otherwise. You can read it, link to it, and share it. You cannot reproduce it, republish it, or use it commercially without asking us first: hello@claron.ca.
Third-party links
As of this writing, this site does not link out to any third-party website. If that changes, a link to another site does not mean we vouch for it, and we are not responsible for its content or practices.
No warranties
This site, and everything on it, is provided as is. We have made every effort to keep the case study figures accurate (the arithmetic behind $228,125 is published on that page for exactly this reason), but we do not warrant that this site is error free, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows it, Claron is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this site, including decisions made based on the estimator or the case study. If you want a real assessment of your own numbers, talk to us. That is what the contact form is for.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [GOVERNING LAW / JURISDICTION].
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new version.
